We headed to Charleston, SC at 4.30 in the morning. We arrived at about 3.30pm. Traveling with a baby has many unexpected twists (plus we passed a stand in traffic wreck). Part of the adventure was simply sitting at a rest stop feeding Soren...
Finally, after winding our way through many one way streets in the old city of Charleston, we found the NotSo Hostel, our home for the next three nights. We took a walk around the neighborhood, had supper at Five Loaves Cafe (where we found out they don't make their own bread although they serve some great bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar), and headed back to check into our cozy room. Soren slept in the tiny closet (sometimes) and we all went to sleep early.
